We are recruiting multiple Sales Account Managers for a fast-growing international SaaS company operating across Switzerland, Germany, and South Africa. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Cape Town, focused on outbound B2B sales into European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound B2B sales and new business development
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across EU markets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with international teams across Europe and SA
Requirements
- 1–3 years outbound B2B sales experience
- Strong track record in sales performance / target achievement
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or service-based sales advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote international environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
