Minimum requirements:-

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (3–5 years preferred).
Solid understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
