General Manager – Hospitality

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations within our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, customer service, and facility maintenance
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
