Head of Business Development – Corporate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our Corporate Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our corporate partnerships and client base. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion in the corporate market
- Identify, target, and engage potential corporate clients through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Lead negotiations and secure new business partnerships and contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business development goals
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance against targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate Business Development team
