Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new clients, converting leads into sales.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring smooth transactions and timely payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs, with a focus on high-value transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive sales and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales.
