Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new clients, converting leads into sales.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring smooth transactions and timely payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs, with a focus on high-value transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive sales and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of working experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in real estate sales.
