Client Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels.
• Coordinate orders with the production team and monitor timelines.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the customer journey.
• Develop repeat business through direct client outreach and relationship management.
• Maintain the showroom by steaming garments, organizing stock, and ensuring visual presentation.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide styling recommendations.
• Support brand representation during customer engagements and social media content where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Confident, professional, and decisive communicator.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Able to sell naturally through expert advice.
• Well-groomed and capable of representing the brand online and in person.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Comfortable using Shopify and business applications (training provided).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
