About the Role

As a Senior Specialist, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and business operations, ensuring seamless data integration across platforms such as CRM, ERP, and data warehouses. You will play a key role in creating the data policies, maintaining data integrity, governance, and lifecycle management, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead master data management and governance to ensure accuracy and compliance

Design, model, and optimise data structures and reporting systems

Manage data integration across systems and applications

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Configure and support SAP ECC and other enterprise systems

Perform data analysis and reporting, creating actionable insights

Collaborate with stakeholders (business, ICT, and external partners)

Monitor data integrity, security, and system performance

Provide training and technical support to users

Ensure compliance with POPIA, J-SOX, and organisational policies
