Job Responsibilities● Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Koolboks products and services.● Answering customers’ questions regarding products and services.● Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.● Processing all customer purchases accordingly.● Generating qualified leads for the outside sales team to pursue.● Managing customer accounts and ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with Koolboks products.● Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and customer feedback.● Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.● Using company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and effectively handle customer objections.● Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.● Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and sales targets.● Any additional duties as may be assigned to support the growth and development of Koolboks.
Requirements● Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales or outbound sales role● Strong communication and persuasion skills● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets● Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
