Responsibilties:
- Visit and engage businesses in your territory
- Pitch LedgerLite's bookkeeping services
- Identify and convert prospects to clients
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
- Conduct consistent follow-ups
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND.
- A minimum of 1 year in sales, marketing and customer acquisition.
- Strong communicator
- Motivated by performance rewards
- Comfortable with targets & accountability
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Comfortable with daily field sales
- Self-driven and disciplined
Daily Sales Expectation:
- 10 business engagements per day
- 50 business engagements per week
Growth Opportunities:
- High-performing agents in our 3-month performance period will be considered for higher commission rates as you scale your portfolio, team leadership opportunities as the sales team grows and expanded responsibilities and senior sales roles
Assigned Territories:
- Lagos Island
- Lagos Mainland
