Ons is op soek na 'n energieke en leergierige Junior IT Hulp Tegnikus om ons kliënte by te staan. Hierdie is die ideale geleentheid vir 'n passievolle tegnoloog wat sy/haar loopbaan in die IT-bedryf wil vestig en praktiese ondervinding wil opdoen onder leiding van 'n ervare span.

Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede

  • Eerstevlak Ondersteuning: Hantering en vinnige eskalering van basiese hulptoonbank-kaartjies (Remote & On-site).

  • Hardeware & Sagteware Ondersteuning: Foutsporing, skoonmaak en basiese herstelwerk aan rekenaars, skootrekenaars en randtoerusting (drukkers, skerms).

  • Sagteware-installasies: Installeer en opstel van bedryfstelsels en standaard toepassings.

  • Netwerk-instandhouding: Bystand met die lê van netwerkkabels (CAT6) en basiese konnektiwiteitsfoute.

  • Kliëntediens: Professionele interaksie met kliënte op perseel en telefonies.

Kritiese Vereistes

  • Taalvaardigheid: Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (Lees, Praat en Skryf).

  • Kwalifikasies: Graad 12 (Matriek). 'n IT-sertifisering (A, Nof soortgelyk) sal sterk in jou guns tel.

  • Ondervinding: 0 tot 2 jaar praktiese ondervinding in 'n soortgelyke IT-ondersteuningsomgewing.

  • Logistiek: Geldige Kode 08-bestuurslisensie en eie betroubare vervoer (Verpligtend vir perselebesoeke).

Tegniese Ondervinding (Verpligtend op basiese vlak):

  • Kennis van rekenaar- en skootrekenaar-hardewarekomponente.

  • Installasie en foute van Microsoft Bedryfstelsels (Win 10, 11) en Microsoft 365 / Office toepassings.

  • Basiese begrip van netwerke (hoe IP-adresse en Wi-Fi werk).

  • Kennis van wolk-toepassings (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive).

Personlike Eienskappe

  • Passievol oor tegnologie en gretig om te leer.

  • Eerlik, betroubaar en stiptelik.

  • Goeie menseverhoudings en kommunikasievaardighede.

Werksure & Voordele

  • Werksweek: Maandae – Vrydae (08h00 – 17h00).

  • Bystand: Rotasie-bystandstelsel (insluitend geskeduleerde Saterdae indien nodig).

VACANCY: JUNIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Location: Pretoria / Johannesburg (Multiple sites)
Salary: R7,000 – R12,000 per month (Depending on experience)

We are seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn Junior IT Support Technician to assist our clients. This is the ideal opportunity for a passionate tech enthusiast looking to kickstart their career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-Line Support: Logging, attending to, and escalating basic Help Desk tickets (Remote & On-site).

  • Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshooting, cleaning, and basic repairs of PCs, laptops, and peripherals (printers, screens).

  • Software Installations: Installing and configuring operating systems and standard applications.

  • Network Maintenance: Assisting with network cabling installations (CAT6) and basic connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Customer Service: Professional interaction with clients on-site and telephonically.

Critical Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Speak, and Write).

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric). An IT certification (A, N, or similar) will be highly advantageous.

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of practical experience in a similar IT support environment.

  • Logistics: Valid Code 08 Driver’s license and own reliable transport (Mandatory for site visits).

Technical Knowledge (Mandatory at a basic level):

  • Knowledge of PC and laptop hardware components.

  • Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems (Win 10, 11) and Microsoft 365 / Office applications.

  • Basic understanding of networking (how IP addresses and Wi-Fi function).

  • Familiarity with cloud storage applications (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive).

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Working Week: Mondays – Fridays (08h00 – 17h00).

  • Standby: Rotational standby system (including scheduled Saturdays if required).
