Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
Interpret design drawings, supervise implement and update drawings based on site constraints
Give recommendations on works based on site constraints
Liaise with all project stakeholders on-site and liaise closely with the design team and management team
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
Interpret and review technical drawings and plans
Coordinate material delivery and usage on-site
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building technology or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in construction or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft project professional, AutoCAD, Revit and other related software
Detailed understanding of construction processes
Knowledge of HSE in construction sites
Flexibility to be deployed to project sites across multiple states within the country as required.
