Branch Manager

We are looking for a warm, professional, target driven and highly organised Branch Manager to oversee daily shop operations, manage sales, and build strong client relationships within our precious metals and bullion environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations and a sales consultant
• Buy and sell precious metals and bullion
• Manage cash-ups, petty cash on POS, EFTs, and Xero transactions
• Maintain stock control and daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Assist clients and respond to enquiries
• Driving sales to increase profitability, initiating marketing ideas and brand promotions
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
