Sales Executive: Pre-owned Vehicles - VW East Rand

About the Role
As a Sales Executive for pre-owned vehicles at VW East Rand, you will drive sales and customer engagement by connecting potential buyers with quality pre-owned vehicles. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, showcasing our vehicle offerings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of product offerings, features, and local market trends to provide informed guidance.
- Process sales paperwork accurately and ensure timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address any post-sale concerns.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field, demonstrating customer service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with financing options and vehicle sales processes.
- Ethical approach to sales, maintaining transparency and integrity in all customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling pre-owned or new vehicles in a dealership environment.
- Understanding of the Volkswagen brand and its offerings.
- Certification in automotive sales or a related qualification
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
