- Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) registration essential
- Minimum 10years’ experience in quantity surveying in a PQS office
- Strong background in property development projects
- Excellent understanding of cost control, contracts, and procurement
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership ability
- Based in Cape Town
