We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining system security. This role involves managing technical personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance, as well as managing budgets for technical projects and resources. The Technical Project Manager will act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical departments or clients, overseeing the successful rollout of major projects from planning and scheduling to coordinating different teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining system security.
• Manage technical personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Manage budgets for technical projects and resources.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical departments or clients.
• Oversee the successful rollout of major projects, coordinating teams and ensuring alignment with objectives.
Required Skills:
• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Budget management and resource allocation
• Technical knowledge in system security and compliance standards
• Team leadership and personnel management
• Stakeholder communication and relationship management
Optional Skills:
• Customer service orientation
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
Years of Experience: 6
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
