Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing software architectures
Developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications, iOS and Android applications
Assist the Center Director in his Ghana-based research related to mobile applications, blockchain, and technology

Applicant Profile:

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Go, Javascript, Solidity
Familiarity with Blockchain Systems
Experience with AWS (ElasticBeanstalk, Fargate, EC2, S3, Route 53)
Experience with Docker for containerization
Experience with CI/CD setting AWS Codepipeline
Experience designing and building distributed communication systems using REST APIs and/or gRPC
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Experience with Flutter development
Experience in build production level applications with Golang, NodeJS and Solidity
Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Solidity smart contracts in Ethereum-based environments
Willingness to travel to work from CTED’s Research Center in Kumawu (Ashanti), as needed
