Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Planning
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans based on oraimo HQ strategy.
Conduct market and consumer insights to identify local opportunities and competitive advantages.
Build impactful marketing campaigns that connect oraimo’s brand identity with local culture and trends.
2. Campaign Coordination & Execution
Lead or supervise both ATL (outdoor, radio, events) and Digital (social media, KOLs, PR) marketing activities.
Manage major campaigns such as Black Friday, Back to School, Holiday promotions, etc.
Monitor project execution quality, timelines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage and guide the local marketing team (including ATL officers, video specialists, and social media executives).
Coordinate with sales, design, and product departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Provide training, feedback, and creative guidance to improve team performance and efficiency.
4. Brand Visibility & Channel Support
Strengthening oraimo’s brand exposure across retail and online channels to drive awareness and conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, campuses, and partners.
Oversee brand communication materials and ensure a unified brand tone and image.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Fluent in English or French (both preferred); Chinese is a plus.
Track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategy.
Strong understanding of the Cameroon market and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Experience in international brands or multicultural team collaboration is an advantage.
Ensure all content follows oraimo’s visual identity and tone.
Analyze performance data to improve content effectiveness and engagement.
Profil du poste
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution (preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG).
Strong understanding of the Cameroon market and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English or French (both preferred); Chinese is a plus.
Experience in international brands or multicultural team collaboration is an advantage.
