Key Responsibilities: Manage Butchery Targets and Profitability Control Stock Weekly Stocktakes Buying (Ordering /Stock holding) Point of Sale and pricing Hygiene and housekeeping Manage staff and customers Open and close the store
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Butchery Manager
- Management skills
- Ability to work out GP's
- Must have own transport and valid drivers licence
