Inbound Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Warehouse Manager to oversee all inbound operations within our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receiving activities, ensuring accurate inventory intake, maintaining safety standards, and leading the inbound team to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, offloading, checking, and put-away of stock.

• Ensure all incoming goods are accurately verified against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Lead and develop the inbound warehouse team, including receivers, checkers, and forklift operators.

• Monitor productivity and ensure KPIs such as dock-to-stock time and receiving accuracy are achieved.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

• Coordinate with procurement, transport, and inventory teams to ensure smooth inbound flow.

• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or 3PL environments.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
