Job Overview:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help transform our software into engaging, intuitive, and user-centric products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft compelling user experiences that align with our vision and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements● Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation● Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes● Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive designs for web and mobile platforms● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine UX● Present and communicate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders● Ensure consistency with design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements● Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role● Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across digital platforms● Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar● Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design● Familiarity with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)● Excellent communication and presentation skills● Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Preferred Skills & Qualities:● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments● Knowledge of information architecture and responsive design principles● Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability● Analytical mindset with user-first thinking● Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
