REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., BCom Accounting, BTech, or equivalent)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role.
• Ability to thrive under pressure

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong working knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with a recognized accounting software package (e.g. Xero).
• Payspace, Hubdoc and Odoo system knowledge experience is a bonus

Skills:

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to report findings to non-financial stakeholders.
