Responsibilities:

  • Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely progress. 
  • Information Management: Handle sensitive documents and confidential company information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. 
  • Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. 
  • Document Production: Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel worksheets. 


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Social Sciences or a related field. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally within the finance or professional services sector. 
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: A warm and engaging personality with the ability to build positive professional relationships. 
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Innovation: A creative mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and improve existing administrative processes. 
  • Organisation: Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
