We are looking for a hardworking, smart, and motivated Sales Personnel to join our Real Estate & Property Management team.

Qualifications• Minimum of a Degree qualification; additional certifications are an added advantage.• Experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or customer care is preferred.• Basic knowledge of real estate and property management is an added advantage.• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.• Ability to identify and attract potential property clients.• Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Requirements• Updated CV/Resume• Copy of National ID• Recent passport-size photo• Reference or recommendation contacts• Access to a smartphone• Professional appearance and customer care skills• Ability to move around for property inspections, site visits, and client meetings when required
Duties & Responsibilities• Market and advertise properties for sale and rent• Search for potential buyers, tenants, and property clients• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients• Manage customer relationships and follow-ups• Assist in property management operations• Promote company services both physically and online• Prepare daily or weekly sales and client reports• Help the company achieve sales and occupancy targets
