This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at our new offices in Botfontein.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Review and manage Accounts Receivable, including age analysis and follow‑ups
• Review and manage Accounts Payable, including age analysis and supplier reconciliations
• Review and manage bank reconciliations
• Review and monitor finance lease obligations and amortisations
• VAT preparation, submissions, and control, including assistance with SARS audit verifications
• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders
