We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Intern to support our marketing and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about finance, marketing, and customer engagement, with a strong interest in building relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential clients for loan products • Promote financial services within assigned areas • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Generate quality leads for the sales/credit team • Support field marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives • Conduct follow-ups with clients to support early-stage collections • Apply effective strategies to minimize loan defaults
Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field • Keen interest in finance, marketing, or business development
