Job Description
- Acquire new customers through marketing
- Maintain portfolio through follow up and good customer service
- Achieve disbursement Target
- Attain collections Target
- Attain Active Customer Targets
- Adherence to SOPs
Other Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Customer service delivery.
- Knowing my customer and due diligence.
- Information desk.
- Administration duties.
