EdoMatch is a West Africa-focused HR tech and recruitment company offering a full-suite HR platform — payroll, contracts, compliance, onboarding, and workforce management — plus Executive Search, applicant tracking, and mass recruitment, built for companies operating across Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin, and beyond.
Our marketing engine generates leads every day — from paid ad campaigns, inbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and our social channels. We need someone to turn that flow into booked, qualified appointments and feed them straight to our account managers in each country. That's this role.
The Role
You are the engine room of our sales funnel. You don't close deals — your job is to capture, qualify, and convert inbound leads into booked appointments, then connect each one to the right account manager in the right country (Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, or Ghana).
You work across English and French all day, because our markets are both francophone (Côte d'Ivoire, Togo) and anglophone (Ghana). You're fast, organised, and relentless about follow-up — no lead goes cold on your watch.
This is a high-volume, high-energy inside-sales role for someone who loves the chase of qualifying and booking, and wants their results measured clearly.
What You'll Do
- Work every inbound channel — leads from paid advertising (Meta, Google), shared email inboxes, LinkedIn campaigns, and our social networks all land with you.
- Respond fast — be first to every lead, in English or French, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or DM.
- Qualify hard — check fit, need, decision-making authority, and timing, so account managers only get appointments worth their time.
- Book the appointment — set qualified meetings between the prospect and the correct account manager.
- Route by country — distribute each qualified lead to the right desk (Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, or Ghana) and hand it to the right account manager with full context.
- Keep the CRM spotless — log every lead, source, language, status, and handover; accurate tracking is non-negotiable.
- Hit your targets — qualified appointments booked, show-up rate, and downstream conversion.
- Close the loop with marketing — report lead quality by channel so we sharpen our campaigns.
What Success Looks Like
- A high volume of qualified appointments booked each week, in both languages.
- A strong show-up rate — the meetings you set actually happen.
- A healthy share of your appointments that convert into deals downstream.
- Speed-to-lead measured in minutes, not hours.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English and French — essential and non-negotiable. You move fluidly between both, written and spoken, on calls and in writing.
- Proven sales experience — essential. SDR/BDR, tele-sales, inside sales, or appointment-setting, with a track record of hitting targets.
- A natural opener and qualifier — confident on the phone, persuasive, and quick to build rapport.
- Organised and CRM-savvy — you manage a high volume of leads without dropping any.
- Resilient and fast — you thrive on volume, rejection doesn't faze you, and you follow up relentlessly.
- Comfortable across phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social channels.
- Based in Accra, with the right to work in Ghana.
Compensation
- Benchmark base salary (market reference): aligned with experienced bilingual inside-sales profiles in Accra — as an indication, around GHS 3,500–6,500 per month (indicative, to be confirmed based on experience). A bilingual French/English premium is reflected in this band.
- Performance bonus, uncapped: a bonus for every qualified appointment accepted by an account manager, plus a conversion uplift when your appointments turn into signed deals — so you're rewarded for both volume and quality. (bonus amounts to be confirmed)
- Equipment & tools: laptop, full CRM, and outreach toolkit provided.
- Growth path: strong performers can progress toward an Account Executive / closing role.
Contract Details
- Type: Full-time, employed
- Probation: 6 months (to be confirmed)
- Notice period: 1 month (to be confirmed)
- Location: Accra, Ghana (serving the Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, and Ghana markets)
- Statutory: PAYE and SSNIT applied per Ghanaian law
- Governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana (Labour Act, 2003 — Act 651)
