Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Execute strategic sales initiatives to secure new business and expand our regional footprint.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with a diverse client base.

Performance: Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Pipeline Management: Oversee the administrative sales process, including lead tracking, proposal drafting, and CRM management.

Education: NQF Level 5 qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 4–6 years of proven success in a dedicated sales role.

Industry Knowledge: A demonstrable track record within fire prevention or a related technical/industrial sector.

Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication, and proficiency in sales administration.
