    Position Overview

    Rein Oil is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration & HR Manager to oversee the company’s administrative office, human resources, labour relations, wage processing, and financial administration functions.

    This is a key management role suited to a proactive individual who can lead office administration while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong internal controls across HR and financial processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources & Labour Relations

    • Manage all HR administration, employee records, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding
    • Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and labour relations processes
    • Prepare for and assist with CCMA/labour-related matters where required
    • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company HR policies
    • Manage leave, attendance, absenteeism, and staff welfare administration

    Wages & Payroll Administration

    • Oversee wage and salary processing for all employees
    • Ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, overtime, and statutory submissions
    • Reconcile payroll reports and ensure payroll compliance
    • Manage payroll queries and employee remuneration records

    Financial Administration

    • Oversee creditors and debtors administration processes
    • Review reconciliations, invoices, and payment schedules
    • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
    • Ensure financial documentation and records are maintained accurately
    • Support management with financial and operational reporting

    Office & General Administration

    • Manage and supervise the administrative office and support staff
    • Implement and improve office systems, controls, and administrative procedures
    • Coordinate company insurance, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
    • Manage supplier contracts and service providers related to office/admin functions
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and directors
