Key Responsibilities

Develop the aggregator channel plan and identify suitable prospective partners.
Conduct partner assessment and due diligence against approved criteria.
Negotiate terms and coordinate contracting, onboarding, training and activation.
Monitor network targets, commissions, productivity, reconciliations and network quality.
Lead partner reviews and coordinate operational and POS deployment needs.
Maintain partner reporting and enforce KYC/KYB, AML, fraud, customer-protection and brand requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Typically 8 or more years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading people, portfolios or programmes.
At least 3 years' experience managing aggregators or indirect, multi-tier distribution.
Experience in payments, fintech, telecoms or a related sector is preferred.
Strong negotiation, partner-management, analytical and commercial-planning skills.
Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and fraud controls, with willingness to travel extensively.
