We operate as a technology enabled clinical command center supporting healthcare organizations across the United States. Our platform combines conversational AI, automation, human-in-the-loop operations, and modern cloud architecture to improve patient access and operational efficiency.

We are looking for highly capable builders who can both maintain and evolve existing production systems while also leveraging AI assisted development and modern tooling to rapidly build new products and capabilities.

This is not a traditional engineering role. We are looking for someone who is excited about AI accelerated software development, rapid iteration, intelligent workflows, and scalable cloud systems.

The Role

You will work closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to:

• Maintain and improve existing JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure
• Build new AI enabled applications, workflows, and internal tooling
• Design scalable APIs and event driven systems
• Develop integrations with healthcare systems, telephony platforms, AI providers, and third party services
• Use modern AI tooling and coding assistants to improve development velocity and quality
• Help evolve our platform toward autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration

You should be comfortable operating across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, databases, integrations, and AI assisted engineering workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing React / Next.js applications in production
• Build new products and internal tools using AI assisted development workflows
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and microservices
• Work with Firestore, PostgreSQL, and cloud based data systems
• Build integrations with external APIs, healthcare systems, and AI platforms
• Collaborate on conversational AI and workflow orchestration initiatives
• Assist with system architecture, scalability, observability, and reliability
• Ensure security and engineering best practices are followed
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and product innovation
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation initiatives using AI tooling
