Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Gather market and customer feedback to improve offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales or direct selling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s licence (if required for the role)
