Requirements:
- Qualified Hairdresser with a recognised hairdressing certificate
- Strong technical skills in hairdressing or barbering
- Minimum of 2 years’ salon experience
- Experience working with Redken and/or L’Oréal professional products is a big plus
- Experience in a professional or premium salon environment preferred
- Excellent cutting, colouring, and styling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy salon environment
- Sales ability and related salon product knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow (Trainable)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Contactable references
