Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Own project delivery performance (time, cost, quality, HSE, client satisfaction) across assigned projects.
• Establish project governance: kickoff, reporting cadence, decision logs, risk registers, and change control.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and controlled (drawings, approvals, RFIs, method statements, inspections).

Site Supervision & Delivery

• Supervise Site Engineers and oversee Foremen on site
• Monitor daily site activities and productivity
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methods

Schedule, Quality & Safety Control

• Monitor project schedules and milestones
• Enforce quality standards and workmanship requirements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Cost & Resource Coordination

• Coordinate with Commercial & Procurement on materials and cost controls
• Manage site resources efficiently
• Identify and report cost or schedule risks early

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports
• Escalate risks, delays, or issues to management
• Interface with clients and consultants as required

Key Measurable Areas (KMAs)

• Percentage of projects delivered on time
• Quality compliance and defect rates
• Site safety performance
• Adherence to approved project budgets
• Accuracy and timeliness of project reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplin
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in site or project supervision
