Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Excellence: Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts. Implement best practices for inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing space utilization.
• Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20employees, including warehouse personnel, sales staff, and administrative support. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a positive and empowering work culture.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Financial Performance: Manage branch budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize profitability.
