Location: Skyline Mall, Nairobi West area

Nature of Business: Restaurant & Lounge

Position: Waiters

Reporting to: Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

· Promote and upsell the menu items, specials and promotions.

· Take and serve food and beverage orders accurate and promptly.

· Provide excellent customer service to guests.

· Process customer bills and payments accurately.

· Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

· Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously

· Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a waiter in a reputable restaurant

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Neatness and professional attitude

· Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage

· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

· Honesty, reliability and punctuality

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

· Certificate in food & beverage service or hospitality is an added advantage
