Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 Monthly aggressive commission per booking.
- Digital Conversion: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads via Ads Manager to target high-intent travellers in Lagos, Abuja, and the Diaspora.
- Corporate Outreach: Execute field marketing by visiting oil & gas firms and NGOs in Port Harcourt to secure executive lodging contracts.
- Content Strategy: Produce high-quality video walkthroughs and proof-of-life content to build trust with potential guests.
- Listing Optimisation: Maintain top-tier rankings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Google Business Profile.
- Relationship Management: Use active social media channels for remarketing and converting one- time guests into repeat corporate clients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in digital marketing or sales, specifically within the PH real estate/hospitality sector.
- Expert mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Search Ads (SEM).
- Established connections within the Port Harcourt corporate landscape (Trans Amadi/GRA).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and professional English proficiency.
- Ability to travel between property locations for inspections and client meetings.
Location: Port Harcourt (GRA Phase 1 & Odili Road)
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 Monthly aggressive commission per booking.
