Requirements

• Good communication skills

• Jovial, competent and customer‑friendly personality

• Strong computer skills for handling orders and billing systems

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Customer Service is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Take and process orders accurately using computer systems

• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

• Maintain records of daily sales and transactions

• Uphold company standards and promote a positive dining experience
