Responsibilities:


HR Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee all HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
  • Advise management on organizational development and workforce planning.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all roles within the organization.
  • Identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.


Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain high employee morale.
  • Implement engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.


Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.


Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.

Hospitality HR Oversight:

  • Understand and manage HR needs specific to the hospitality sector, including shift management, high staff turnover, and service standards.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure staffing supports excellent guest service delivery.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, with proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be female


Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience managing HR operations in hotels, restaurants, or event centers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and service-driven environment.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000- 250,000 net
