Position: Online Engagement Officer Location: Tanzania Type: Contract Key responsibilities Manage and monitor TFF’s social media platforms and online communities. Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in planning, coordinating and executing audience engagement strategies across digital and traditional platforms. Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports. Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and fan interaction activities. Work closely with the media team to ensure consistent and engaging content. Qualifications and requirements Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. Proven experience in social media management or digital engagement. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Passion for football and knowledge of sports trends. Added advantage Experience in sports organizations or digital media. Skills in content creation (graphics, video, or copywriting).
