BUILDING FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTSDurbanville | Clara Anna Fontein & Surrounding Areas, Western Cape A well-established property developer is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join its construction team on high-end residential developments in the Clara Anna Fontein area and surrounding northern suburbs of Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to programme, quality standards, and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments.
• Proven track record in managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, finishes, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.
• Reside in or near the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town (advantageous).
