Junior Land Development Manager

Junior Land Development Manager Duties:

• Lead the development, implement and monitor the entire development cycle for service excellence and long-term sustainability.
• Investigate and Analyse development opportunities and finding solutions.
• Prepare project feasibilities and budgets.
• Prepare accurate and professional reports.
• Oversee property development projects, including processes, stakeholders, consultants and contractor relationships, management and liaison.
• Risk mitigation and delivery within budget.
• Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation, which includes but is not limited to consultant, contractor and service level agreements.

Qualification Degree in Town Planning, Enigneering, Architectural
Compliance with relevant legislation, contractual obligations, environmental regulations, wayleave conditions etc.
