We are seeking a motivated and talented Field Insurance Advisor to join our team. The insurance Advisor will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in a designated geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and door-to-door sales
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Qualifications:
- matric (50% average)
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
