Live-in Domestic Assistant & Childcare Support

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare & Supervision: Watching over and supervising two school-age girls (8 and 10 years old), assisting with basic needs, and ensuring safety and well-being.
• Cooking & Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious family meals (Ghanaian dishes) daily and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Cleaning & Housekeeping: Performing daily domestic cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all common areas and rooms are tidy.
• Laundry & Ironing: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothing and household linens regularly.
• General Assistance: Running light errands and maintaining household organization.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements

• Gender & Age: Matured Female, strictly between 30 and 45 years of age.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Twi is mandatory. Conversational proficiency in basic English is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, cooking, or nanny/childcare roles is strongly preferred.
• Personal Qualities: Honest, patient, child-friendly, clean habits, punctual, and respectful.
• References: Valid identification (Ghana Card) and verifiable character references or past employment references required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable within GHS 1,500 – GHS 2,000 monthly (based on experience and performance).
• Rest Days: One (1) day off per weekend.
• Accommodation/Meals: Live-in arrangements and meals provided (if applicable).
