Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell travel and tourism products and services.
  • Generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, insurance, transfers, and tour bookings.
  • Liaise with airlines, embassies, hotels, and travel partners.
  • Manage customer enquiries and deliver excellent service.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and represent the company at events.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Professional travel certification is an advantage.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing, or customer service.
