Ecommerce Engineer

My client is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Engineer who is required to lead and grow the company’s online commerce capability. This role combines technical oversight with business strategy, ensuring that digital sales platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned to business growth goals. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on and strategic, with the ability to improve online performance, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (essential)

· 6years’ experience in ecommerce or digital platform roles

· Strong understanding of ecommerce websites and online sales processes

· Experience working with web technologies and digital platforms

· Knowledge of system integrations and online payment systems

· Understanding of website performance, SEO, and user experience principles

· Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

· Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level

· Leadership or team guidance experience preferred
