Our client, a well-established automation / manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer / Purchasing Officer to join their team in Cape Town!
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- BEng in Mechanical Engineering / Purchasing / Supply Chain / Business Management or related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a procurement position such as supply chain management or purchasing, preferably in a precision engineering environment.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing goods and services in the precision engineering sector.
- Good understanding of relevant Export and Import Control regulations and INCOTERMS.
