Sales Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Representative for our Uganda-based bathroom products factory, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of bathroom products, including bathtubs, washbasins, and other related items. Your main duties include identifying and developing new customer relationships, maintaining and expanding the existing client base through regular follow-ups. You will need to understand customer needs, provide product information and quotations, negotiate sales terms, and ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination. Additionally, you will collect market feedback and competitor information to support sales strategy adjustments. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or the bathroom products industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Familiarity with Uganda's local market and distribution channels is a plus. Self-motivated, result-driven, and with good customer service
