Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively scout and identify prospective students through social media, community outreach, and educational seminars.
  • Conversion Management: Guide prospects through the entire funnel—from the initial "I’m interested" to the final tuition payment.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute creative affiliate marketing campaigns (online and offline) to raise brand awareness for the university.
  • Relationship Building: Establish partnerships with high schools, tutorial centers, and youth organizations to create a steady pipeline of applicants.
  • Counseling: Provide accurate information regarding course offerings, admission requirements, and career pathways to help students make informed decisions.
  • Reporting: Maintain a database of leads and provide weekly updates on recruitment targets and conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in sales, affiliate marketing, or educational consultancy.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should be someone who views a "no" as just a detour to a "yes."
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be as persuasive in a WhatsApp chat as you are in a formal presentation.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM tools, social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and basic data management (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Network: An existing network within the education sector or youth communities is a massive advantage.
