Purpose Of Position:
To ensure the successful delivery of Automobile wholesale and retail sales objectives through effective dealer management for the defined area. Working closely with dealers to develop a strong manufacturer / dealer business relationship offering the necessary support and guidance to achieve mutual objectives.
Key Performance Areas (Outputs)
Dealer sales target and financial review (Monthly dealer visits)
AOR (PMA) statistic understanding and application
Realign sales objectives and strategize action plans to achieve set objectives
Identifying and manage all sales performance barriers (KPI/ Scorecard Management)
Ensure franchise standards are maintained
Marketing and promotion of product at dealer level (CI management)
Implement sales support programmes
Ensure correct stocking levels to achieve sales objectives
Dealer ageing stock management
Dealer sales staff competency review
Ensure dealer has adequate sales training to support objectives
Quality of customer handling and sales process
Monitor customer satisfaction scores and create focus where necessary
Admin and dealer claims management
Information gathering
